“AlwaysUnloadDLL” bogus

I still see, on fairly reputable sites,
the “hack” of the “always unload dll” regedit
feature, whenever a program has stopped Windoze
still retains the used .dll in its memory, and by creating
a special string in the Registry one can force windoze
to release those .dll-s, the thing is tho that not since
windoze NT that hasnt been a problem since windoze actually
do just that, neither w2k nor XP has any probs like
that, so dont bother with that tips cuss it
wont work as such, its redundant and superfluos
